• We are the first to design and deliver a structured employer engagement in education and training for primary schools, junior high schools, technical institutes, and secondary schools in Ghana.

• In less than five month of our journey we organised eleven major events to inspire over one thousand children and young people in public and private schools in urban and rural Ghana. Our major event was in Hiwdiem, a rural community in the Ahafo region, where through Inspiring STEM-TVET events we educated over 890 young people of the ages eleven to sixteen in four low-cost private schools and five public schools about Technical and Vocation Education and Training.

• Our well-structured system makes it possible for speakers to inspire a meaningful number of children and young people with a single event. For instance with a single virtual event, aided with one screen, internet connection, and one laptop we are able to reach and inspire over 100 young people and give speakers from the world of work a fulfilling opportunity to interact with children and young people.

• We are the first employer engagement in education and training provider to connect schools with local and foreign speakers from the world of work.
